TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the HandyPlayer application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

HandyPlayer is an application that allows users to synchronize videos with funscripts for compatible devices. The App includes features such as:

  • Video playback
  • Script creation, editing, and modification
  • Script generation
  • Device synchronization
  • Subscription-based premium features

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND SUBSCRIPTION

3.1 Free Trial

The App offers a time-limited free trial of premium features for a period of 3 days. After the trial period expires, you will need to purchase a subscription to continue using premium features.

3.2 Subscriptions

  • Subscription automatically renews unless turned off in your Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

4. USER CONTENT

4.1 Content Creation and Storage

You may create, edit, and store funscripts using our App. You retain ownership of any content you create.

4.2 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you create, edit, or upload through the App. You agree not to use the App to create, store, or transmit:

  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Malicious code or content designed to damage our service or other users’ devices

4.3 Content Backup

We recommend regularly backing up any content you create through the App. We are not responsible for any loss of user-created content.

5. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://handy.slx.my/support/privacy-policy/

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 App Ownership

The App, including but not limited to its code, design, functionality, and graphics (excluding user-created content), is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limitations

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DEVICES

7.1 Handy Device Integration

The App is designed to work with Handy devices and other compatible hardware. We do not manufacture these devices and are not responsible for their functionality, performance, or any issues arising from their use.

7.2 Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY OR BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

10. AGE RESTRICTION

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
