Getting Started with Handy Script Player

Welcome to Handy Script Player! This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get up and running with your Handy device.

Initial Setup

Connecting Your Device

  1. Launch the app Open Handy Script Player on your iOS device.
  2. Enter your connection key Type your Handy connection key in the text field on the main screen.
  3. Connect Tap the “Connect” button. A green indicator will appear when successfully connected.
  4. Verify connection Once connected, you’ll see device information including firmware version and status.

Basic Playback

Playing Your First Video

  1. Select a video Tap “Select Video” and choose a video file from your device.
  2. Import a script Tap “Import Script” and select a compatible .funscript file.
  3. Wait for synchronization The app will upload the script to the server for synchronization. This usually takes just a few seconds.
  4. Start playback Press the play button to begin synchronized playback.

Adjusting Synchronization

If you notice the movements don’t match the video content:

  1. Use the sync offset control Adjust the slider to fine-tune timing (positive values delay movements, negative values make them happen earlier).
  2. Test your adjustment Play the video to test your new sync settings.
  3. Force reset if needed If synchronization is still off, use the “Force Reset” button to completely resynchronize the script.

Customizing Stroke Range

For a more personalized experience:

  1. Access stroke range controls These are available in the settings panel below the video player.
  2. Adjust minimum position Set how far your device retracts with each stroke.
  3. Adjust maximum position Set how far your device extends with each stroke.
  4. Save your settings Your preferences will be remembered for future sessions.

Creating Scripts

Opening the Script Creator

  1. Tap “Open Scripter” This button is available on the main screen.
  2. Select a reference video Choose a video to use as a guide for creating your script.

Adding Actions

  1. Navigate to the desired position Use the playback controls or timeline to find the exact moment for an action.
  2. Set the position value Use the position slider to determine how far the device should move.
  3. Add the action Tap the “+” button to add an action at the current time with the selected position.

Editing Actions

  1. Select an action Tap on an action in the timeline to select it.
  2. Adjust timing or position Drag the action to a new position in the timeline or change its position value.
  3. Delete actions Select an action and tap the delete button to remove it.

Saving Your Script

  1. Tap the export button This opens the export dialog.
  2. Name your script Enter a name for your creation.
  3. Save and share Your script will be saved and you can share it to another app or cloud storage.

Using the Pattern Generator

Creating Automated Scripts

  1. Open Scripter Tap “Open Scripter” on the main screen.
  2. Select a video Choose a video to pair with your generated script.
  3. Open the generator Tap the settings icon and select “Generate Script” option.

Choosing Patterns

  1. Select pattern type Choose from Alternating, Sine Wave, Multi-Step, Ramp, Hold, or Random.
  2. Adjust interval Set the timing between actions (lower values = faster pattern).
  3. Set position range Define the minimum and maximum positions.
  4. Customize pattern Each pattern has specific options for customization.
  5. Generate Tap “Generate Script” to create your pattern.

Using Finish Mode

Activating Finish Mode

  1. Enter fullscreen mode Tap the fullscreen button while playing a video.
  2. Tap “Finish” The Finish button is located in the top-right corner of the fullscreen view.

Customizing Finish Mode

  1. Access settings Tap the gear icon in the navigation bar.
  2. Choose pattern Select from Continuous, Pulsing, Wave, Edging, or Random.
  3. Adjust speed Set your preferred motion speed.
  4. Set stroke range Customize minimum and maximum positions.
  5. Set duration Choose manual control or a timed session.
  6. Save settings Your preferences will be remembered for future use.

Advanced Features

Transforming Existing Scripts

  1. Open the script generator Tap the settings icon in the Scripter and select “Generate Script”.
  2. Choose “Change It Up” mode This mode allows you to modify existing scripts.
  3. Import a script Tap “Upload Script” to select a script to transform.
  4. Select modification type Choose from Offset, Halver, Doubler, Limiter, Randomizer, Remapper, or Inverter.
  5. Adjust settings Each modifier has specific parameters you can customize.
  6. Apply transformation Tap “Generate Script” to create your modified version.

Using Presets

  1. Create your settings Adjust all parameters to your preference.
  2. Save as preset Tap the save button and enter a name.
  3. Load a preset Select from the preset dropdown to quickly apply saved settings.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Connection issues: Ensure your device is in Wi-Fi mode and on the same network as your phone
  • Playback problems: Try using the “Force Reset” button to resynchronize
  • Script upload fails: Check your internet connection and try again with a smaller script
  • Video won’t load: Try converting the video to MP4 format for best compatibility
